Welcome to the St.Helens Parish of Windle
About our site
This is the official site for Windle Parish Council and its parishioners. It aims to inform Windle parishoners of events and other news both from within the Parish and also from the St.Helens area. The site will supplement the printed Parish council newsletter and contain content from the newsletter.

Eccleston Library News
Special project for Eccleston library
Eccleston Liabrary, along with four other libraries from other library authorities nationally, have had special funding to investigate the concept of empathy, and how reading and libraries can build empathy to help make a better world.
As part of this unique project, the library staff would like to engage with everyone in the local community to ask "What are the issues in our community, where more empathy would help?"
See the attached flyer, if you are interested in putting forward your suggestions.
